Coastlands Beachside Estate is situated in New Zealand, on the Pacific Coast at Whakatane in the Bay of Plenty. Access to the subdivision is via Keepa Road, opposite the Hub retail centerat the entrance to Whakatane. For more detailed directions see below:
 
Directions:
- When heading into Whakatane from Tauranga or Rotorua, before driving over the bridge into town turn left at the last major round-about on SH30 onto "Keepa Road" (opposite Harvey Norman).
- Drive approximately 1km down Keepa Road (heading north).
- Turn left at the roundabout onto Bunyan Road.
- Follow Bunyan Road (approx 400m) until it veers right and becomes Ocean View Road. This is the start of the Coastlands development.
